The Comfort Experience for Mastercard cardholders

An hour before general doors open, you're already sitting in the Mastercard Lounge with a drink. That's the Comfort Experience at AFAS Dome: a lounge with a separate entrance, for you as a Mastercard cardholder and up to three guests.

You come in through the separate entrance, find a seat and order at the bar. When the doors open, you walk straight from the lounge into the arena. After the show, there's no need to join the crowd heading out: the lounge stays open until an hour after it ends.

What's included in the Comfort Experience

• A separate entrance to the Mastercard Lounge

• The lounge opens 60 minutes before general doors

• Comfortable seating and a bar with drinks and snacks (paid separately)

• 10% off drinks when you pay with your Mastercard

• Direct access to the arena from the lounge

• The lounge stays open until an hour after the show

Good to know before you book

• As a Mastercard cardholder, you can book the Comfort Experience for yourself and up to three guests. You buy one ticket per person, including each guest, so up to four in total.

• Everyone also needs a valid ticket for the show. The Comfort Experience on its own doesn't give access to the event.

• The lounge does not give early entry to the arena. You go to your seat or spot once general doors open.

• The Mastercard Lounge is only open for the shows listed below.
